How to Submit Your Claim
EPFO now encourages online claim submission for faster processing (usually 7–10 days).
01 Check Eligibility
Ensure your UAN is activated and KYC (Aadhaar, PAN, Bank) is seeded and approved by your employer. Online claims are impossible without valid KYC.
02 Select Form Type
- Form 19: Full PF Settlement (after 2 months exit)
- Form 31: Partial Advance (during job)
- Form 10C: Pension Withdrawal/Scheme Certificate
03 Online vs Offline
If Aadhaar is linked, use the Member Portal Online Services. If not, download the Non-Aadhar Composite Form, get it signed by your employer, and submit it to your jurisdictional EPFO office.
